Three brick kilns fined

Law enforcers yesterday fined three brick kilns in Ishwardi upazila of the district for violating environmental law.

During a drive at Dadpur village, members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) found three brick kilns using chimneys less than stipulated height.

They fined Bhai Bhai Bricks Tk 40 thousand, MMC Bricks Tk 35 thousand, and MAB Bricks Tk 40 thousand.
