Rangpur BNP leader held in Lalmonirhat

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) early yesterday arrested Mozaffar Hossain, president of Rangpur city unit BNP, from Mahendranagar area in Lalmonirhat Sadar upazila. 

Police produced Mozaffar, a fugitive accused in an arson case filed with Rangpur Kotwali Police Station, also a resident of Shalban area in Rangpur town, before a Lalmonirhat court yesterday that sent him to jail, said Officer-in-Charge Mahfuzur Rahman of the police station.
