Jamaat man held

Police arrested a leader of Jamaat-e-Islami from Choumohani area in Dupchanchia upazila of the district on Monday. The arrestee is Delwar Hossain Delu, 45, son of Afsar Ali of Gobindapur village in the upazila, and member of the upazila unit of Jamaat. He was arrested on sabotage charges, said Officer-in-Charge of Dupchanchia Police Station Nazrul Islam. The arrestee was later produced in a court that sent him to jail.
