Insurance Co official commits 'suicide'

An official of an insurance company committed 'suicide' in the district town on Friday night. 

The deceased is Mehrab Ali, 62, branch manager of Islami Commercial Insurance Company on the 1st floor of Shital Plaza near Station Road in the town.

Police said staff found Mehrab's body hanging from the ceiling fan in his office room at around 9:00pm and informed the police.

The law enforcers then recovered the body and sent it to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.
