Human trafficker held

Police arrested a human trafficker from Nayarpara village in Teknaf upazila of the district early Sunday. Officer-in-Charge of Teknaf Police Station Ataur Rahman Khandaker said a team of police, acting on a tip-off, conducted a raid at the house of Shamsul Alam Markin, 60, in the area and arrested him. The OC also said court issued seven arrest warrants against him.
