FF's house attacked

Criminals attacked the house of a freedom fighter at Kalikapur village in Chatkhil upazila of the district on Saturday night. They vandalised three houses of freedom fighter Sekander Dewan and took away five tolas of gold ornaments and Tk one lakh, said family members. Saleha Begum, daughter-in-law of the freedom fighter, filed a case, accusing 12 people, including one Manik, son of Abu Siddique of the area, said Md Nasim Uddin, officer-in-charge of Chatkhil Police Station.
