Blankets distributed to poor

Over 1000 blankets have been distributed among ultra poor people at remote villages in the district. Superintendent of Police TM Mozahidul Islam distributed the blankets funded by district police in the last three days. Getting the blanket, Sahera Bewa, 70, of Teesta River basin Beribandh village in Aditmari upazila, expressed her gratitude to the law enforcers. The SP confirmed the incident.
