Abducted schoolboy remains traceless for 9 days
A schoolboy, who was abducted from Puran Bogra in the town on March 3, still remains traceless.
Police quoted victim's family members as saying that an unidentified gang kidnapped Tanjid Ahmed, a class V student of Power Development Board Government Primary School, while he was going to the school to play football with his friends at the school playground.
Family sources said Tanjid, 11, returned home at noon after participating in the annual sports of the school. He again went out of their house at around 4:30pm to play football at the school field.
Victim's father Abdul Majid, an employee of a grocery shop at Tinmatha area of the town, filed a abduction case with Bogra Sadar Police Station the same day.
