Woman kidnapped from Narsingdi rescued in Ashulia, 3 arrested

Rapid Action Battalion rescued a woman from an Ashulia house in Savar outside the capital yesterday three days after she had been kidnapped from Narsingdi.

Rab also arrested three people -- Billal Hosen, 24, Monir Hosen, 22, and Obaidul Hosen, 21 -- in this connection.

Suprovat, operation officer of Rab-4, said the alleged kidnapers demanded Tk 2 lakh from the victim's family over the phone.
