Witness in Subhan's war crimes case hacked

A witness who testified against convicted war criminal Abdus Subhan was left critically injured yesterday after being hacked in his Shahpur residence in Pabna's Ishwardi upazila around 8:00pm by, as police claim, relatives over land disputes.

Abdur Rahman Sarder, 65, has been admitted to Ishwardi Upazila Health Complex. ASP Md Abu Jahid  said they were trying to nab the accused.
