Two cousins drown in Gazipur pond

Two cousins drowned in a pond in Bahadurshadi village of Kaliganj in Gazipur yesterday afternoon.

Soikat, 5, was son of Selim Mia; while Urmi, 6, was daughter of Monir Hossain.

They were playing near the pond adjacent to their houses, said locals who recovered the bodies.
