'The Unfinished Memoirs' of Bangabandhu published in Japanese language
Prestigious publishing house in Japan, The Ashahi Shoten Publishers, has published "The Unfinished Memoirs" of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Japanese language.
Kazuhiro Watanabe, chief programme director, Bangla Section, Radio Japan, NHK, who translated the book, has arrived in Dhaka to hand over the 600-page Japanese version to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at her office, said a foreign ministry press release.
Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali and Bangladeshi Ambassador to Japan Masud Bin Momen are expected to attend the programme today.
Watanabe has also published "Amar Bangladesh", Bangla translation of "Bangguradeshu tono Deai" by late Takashi Hayakawa and "Rokto O Kada 1971, Bangla translation of "Chi to Doro to" by Tadamasa Fukiura.
