Probe body starts hearing about assaults on journos during CCC polls

The committee, formed to investigate the allegation of assaults on journalists and preventing them from entering poll centres during Chittagong City Corporation elections on April 28, started its hearing yesterday.
Forty people, including three journalists and 24 assistant presiding officers, gave statements at Chittagong Circuit House.
