Man run over by train in Khulna

An unidentified person was killed on the spot after being run over by a Dhaka-bound train of Chitra Express at Khulna Railway Station this morning.

The incident took place as the train started for Dhaka from the station around 9am near platform no. 1, reports our local correspondent quoting Station Master Manik Chandra Sarkar.

The body of the man was sent to Khulna Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
