International Crimes Tribunal delegation visits The Hague
Four judges of the International Crimes Tribunals (ICT) visited The Hague, Netherlands from August 23 to 26 and exchanged views with hosts of legal institutions in the European country.
According to a press release, the delegation made the visit on their way back from Buenos Aires, Argentina after attending an international conference there. Led by Justice Obaidul Hassan, chairman of ICT-2, the team also included Justice M Enayetur Rahim, chairman of ICT-1, and its members Justice Jahangir Hossain and Justice Anwarul Haque.
They visited the International Criminal Court (ICC), and had a comprehensive dialogue with ICC Judge Chang-ho Chung (South Korea) and Judge Raul Pangalangan (the Philippines). They also visited the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
