Four pharmacies fined Tk 1.25 lakh

A mobile court of the Chittagong district administration yesterday fined four pharmacies Tk 1.25 lakh on different charges, including selling of date expired and unapproved medicines, in the city.

Kader Pharmacy, and Safiya Pharmacy were fined Tk 10,000 each in Station Road area while Medicine Plus and RS Medical Store were fined Tk 5,000 and Tk 1 lakh respectively in Alankar.
