Dentist impersonator jailed in Ctg

A mobile court sentenced dentist an impersonator to two-year imprisonment in Alangkar area of Chittagong city yesterday.

The convict, Imran Hossain, was the owner of a dental clinic named "Imran's Dental Surgery" housed at the 1st floor of Alangkar Shopping Complex in the city.

The court, led by Executive Magistrate of Chittagong District Administration Muhammad Hasnat Morshed Bhuiyan, said Imran had been treating people for years as dentist but could not show BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) certificate and other relevant documents to provide service.
