Bodies of two women found
The bodies of two women, one unidentified with the throat slit and bearing knife injuries in the abdomen and left arm, were recovered by police, one from the rail tracks in Kawla near the airport rail station and another from Mugda Jheelpar Friday and yesterday.
The around 30-year-old unidentified woman was clad in a black salwar and a black and white kameez. The railway police sent the body to the Dhaka Medical College morgue for autopsy.
The other woman, Khadiza Begum, 25, daughter of Islamuddin of Kishoreganj, was found dead in her Mugda residence on Friday morning by a neighbour who is her co-worker in a garment factory.
Police said a man, who lived with Khadiza identifying himself as her husband and whom the neighbour stated was a co-worker, had gone missing.
