ACI Properties launches Sereno Levande digital property platform

ACI Properties Limited has launched Sereno Levande, an integrated digital property service platform, marking the company's entry into Bangladesh's property services sector.

The platform was unveiled at a programme held at ACI Center in Dhaka, according to a press release.

Sereno Levande offers five services under a single platform: Digital Marketplace, Serviced Apartments, Property Management, Premium Resale and Corporate Housing.

According to the company, the platform is designed to support property owners, tenants and corporate clients through a range of digital and managed services.

The name Sereno Levande combines the Latin word "Sereno", meaning peaceful, and the Swedish word "Levande", meaning living. The platform operates under the brand promise, "Living, Harmonized".

Speaking at the launch, Mohammad Nizam Uddin, President, EMEA, ACI, said, "People do not hesitate to rent out their property because of the rent. They hesitate because of trust. Because a home is never just an asset. It is where you celebrate your first love. Where children take their first steps. Where your family creates memories that matter."

"At Sereno Levande, we are building a company that does not just manage properties. Our promise is simple: we will care for your property as if it were our own," he added.

According to the company, the platform includes AI-enabled property matching, multilingual voice search and property management services. It also offers dedicated support for Non-Resident Bangladeshi property owners seeking professional asset management services.

The company said Sereno Levande will work with corporate clients, expatriate communities and diplomatic missions to provide residential and commercial property solutions.
