IFIC Bank cardholders to enjoy discounts on Astra Airways flights

IFIC Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Astra Airways Limited to offer discounts to the bank’s cardholders.

Helal Ahmed, chief of branch business and head of operations at the bank, and Mesbah-Ul Islam, chief commercial officer of the airline, signed the MoU at a ceremony held at IFIC Tower in Purana Paltan, Dhaka yesterday, according to a press release.

Under the agreement, the bank’s debit and credit cardholders will enjoy a 10 percent discount on tickets for all domestic flights operated by Astra Airways Limited.

Md Zakir Hossain, head of cards and digital banking at the bank, and Khandokar Arif Ul Islam, assistant manager for marketing and sales at the airline, along with other senior officials from both organisations, were also present at the signing ceremony.
