BRAC Bank launches CORPnet mobile app for faster corporate banking

BRAC Bank PLC has launched the CORPnet mobile app, a secure mobile banking solution designed for corporate and business customers.

The app enables authorised signatories to approve transactions round the clock, monitor accounts and access critical financial information on the go, according to a press release.

It also allows users to approve multiple transactions in bulk, making the process more efficient for businesses handling high transaction volumes. Real-time access to account balances and transaction details provides immediate visibility into financial activities, while push notifications alert users to important transaction events.

Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, managing director and CEO of BRAC Bank, inaugurated the app as the chief guest.

“In business, a delayed approval can mean a delayed payment, shipment or opportunity. The CORPnet mobile app places secure transaction approval and real-time financial visibility directly in the hands of corporate decision-makers, enabling them to respond quickly wherever business takes them,” he said.

The app also provides access to management information system (MIS) reports, helping corporate users monitor banking activities and make timely business decisions.

It incorporates multiple security features, including biometric login, token-based transaction authorisation, device binding and session-level protection. A detailed audit trail provides visibility into transaction and approval activities, helping businesses strengthen transparency, accountability and internal controls.

The app complements BRAC Bank’s existing CORPnet platform by extending transaction approval, account-monitoring and reporting capabilities to mobile devices.

The bank said the app combines mobility with enterprise-level security and oversight, giving corporate customers greater flexibility without compromising control or governance.
