Moynul Islam elected BCMEA president 

Moynul Islam has been elected president of the Bangladesh Ceramic Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BCMEA) for the 2025-26 term.

Md Mamunur Rashid and Irfan Uddin have been elected senior vice president and general secretary, respectively, according to a press release.

Election Commission Chairman Mohammad Helal Uddin announced the names of the newly elected 12-member board on March 3.

Election Commission members Morshed Alam and Imran Ahmed were also present. 

The newly elected board includes Senior Vice President Abdul Hakim Sumon and Vice Presidents Ruslan Nasir, Ayesha Sanaa Asif Tabani, Rasheed Mymunul Islam, and Md Asif Iqbal Mahmud. 

The elected directors are Farian Yusuf, Sifat E Arman, Hamzah Saquif Tabani, and Md Ashrafuzzaman.
