Trade with Russia will rise if double taxation is removed: Munshi

The removal of double taxation and introduction of easy banking procedures will increase trade between Bangladesh and Russia, Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi said today.

Bangladeshi products have huge demand in the Russian market and Bangladesh wants to increase exports to the nation, Munshi said while exchanging views with Russian Ambassador to Dhaka Alexander Vikentevich Mantitsky at his secretariat office.

Munshi said there is a lot of potential for trade with Russia and it is possible to increase business if both countries take initiatives.
