Dhaka stocks open lower

Most shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) opened lower today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, dropped 31 points, or 0.48 per cent, to 6,485 at 12:15 pm. Turnover stood at Tk 888 crore.

Of the securities, 62 advanced, 110 declined and 95 did not show any price movement.
