Dhaka stocks keep rising

Shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) rose for the sixth consecutive trading day today.

The DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, gained 41 points, or 0.65 per cent, to 6,341 at 12:15pm. Turnover stood at Tk 790 crore.

Of the securities, 181 advanced, 102 declined and 97 did not show any price movement.
