Dhaka stocks fall 

The key index of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) fell today after opening slightly higher.

At 12:19pm, the DSEX had risen to 6,062, up from 5,984 at 10:54am.

The upward momentum did not last as it declined to 6,032 at 1pm, a fall of 20 points, or 0.33 per cent.  Turnover stood at Tk 381 crore.

Of the securities, 116 advanced, 204 declined, and 59 did not see any price movement.
