3 JCD leaders declared unwanted at DU
Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), student wing of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), yesterday declared three of its leaders unwanted on DU campus for their alleged involvement in a nomination scandal.
The leaders who have been declared unwanted are JCD Vice President Shahidul Islam Babul, Joint General Secretary Abdul Matin, and city unit President SM Jahangir.
JCD leaders and activists said that defying instructions of BNP and JCD, those three with the help of an employee in Hawa Bhabhan were working for some nomination seekers to get them BNP ticket.
