Killing of BCL leader protested
Chhatra Sangram Parishad (CSP) led by Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL), of Rajshahi University unit, yesterday staged a demonstration on the campus protesting killing of BCL leader Ahsan Habib Babu.
Earlier, Babu, a leader of BCL Taherpur Municipality and a third year student at the History department of Rajshahi Government College, was killed in a Rab 'encounter' when he was gossiping with his friends at a shop.
At a rally in front of the central library, Parishad leaders strongly protested and criticised Rab 'crossfire'.
