Suspect placed on three-day remand

Motijheel police produced Mobarak Hossain of Muradnagar of Noagaon in Comilla before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Dhaka, yesterday afternoon with a prayer for a seven-day remand.

After hearing, Metropolitan Magistrate Mir Ali Reza placed him on a three-day remand.

Special Branch (SB) of police arrested Mobarak on the Mahanagar Natya Mancha premises in the evening and later, handed him over to Motijheel police.
