Nine die from acid injuries in 3 months

Bangladesh Society for the Enforcement of Human Rights (BSEH) said this in a press release yesterday.

It said incidents of many acid attacks in rural areas are not published in the national dailies.

The existing law is not adequate to curb the acid attack, said the BSEH

adding, the government should make the law more stringent.
