TMMC provides treatment for flood victims

Tairunnessa Memorial Medical College (TMMC) provided treatment for the flood-affected people and distributed free medicines on the Badsha Mian High School premises in Gazipur yesterday.

Its doctors also treated patients at Ayat Ali High School flood shelter on August 10.

The private medical college distributed medicines worth about Tk 50,000 among the distressed in the two flood shelters.

TMMC Chairman Md Shamsul Haque also asked the patients to come to the medical college for any follow-up treatment.

"Our doctors are ready to treat all patients who require further treatment," he said.

TMMC officials Dr Biplob Barua, Dr Azizur Rahman, Jahanara Haque and Jackie Kabir conducted the healthcare programme.
