Obituary
Alhaj Moulavi Abdul Majed Khan, freedom fighter and former senior assistant teacher of Kashiani Grish Chandra Pilot High School of Gopalganj, died of old age complications yesterday at his village home at Mala under Alfadanga thana in Faridpur district at the age of 94, says a press release.
He left behind his four sons, four daughters and host of admirers to mourn his death.

Siamat Ali Biswas, former teacher of Nalta High School of Satkhira, died of liver cancer at the Holy Family Hospital in the city yesterday at the age of 82, says a press release.
He left behind his wife, three sons and five daughters.
