Woman killed in Ctg road crash
An employee at the Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ) was killed when a speeding bus knocked her down in GEC Intersection area in Nasirabad yesterday morning.
Dolan Chanpa Barua, 31, a staff of Youngone Sports Wear and mother of two minor children, was waiting for her transport to go to the workplace at around 7.00am when the bus ran over her, police said.
Local people intercepted the bus, but the driver escaped.
Subrata Barua, husband of Dolan, filed a case with Khulshi Police Station.
