50 hurt as storms lash three dists

Sources said storm hit the villages in Manda upazila of Naogaon district at noon, injuring 30 people and damaging over three hundred tin-roofed houses.

At about 1:30pm, twister swept the Akkalpur upazila in Jaypurhat and Adamdigi and Khaloo upazilas in Bogra. At least 20 people were injured and over 100 tin-roofed houses damaged in the two upazilas.
