Sattar joins BARI as DG
Abdus Sattar, a renowned agricultural scientist, joined the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) as its new director general (DG) on Wednesday, says a press release.
He joined the BARI as a junior scientific officer in 1975 and served the organisation in different capacities before assuming the new responsibilities.
Sattar has in his credit about 30 research papers published in different national and international journals.
