Over 1500 held
Police arrested 1,507 people, including four listed criminals, on various charges during their countrywide drive in the last 24 hours till 6.00am yesterday.
During the drive, the law enforcers also recovered 10 firearms and 14 bullets and filed seven cases against 11 people under the Arms Act, says a police headquarters press release.
