1555 more held
Police arrested 1,555 people from different parts of the country on various charges in the last 24 hours till 6.00 am yesterday.
During the countrywide drive, they also recovered 10 firearms, three other weapons and 199 bullets and filed seven cases against nine people under the Arms Act.
