AL candidate elected Banaripara poura chairman

Molla, an Awami League-backed candidate, defeated his rival Aftab Hossain Mofakker belonging to four-party alliance by over 500 votes.

The elected commissioners are Delwar Hossain Sardar, Rafiqul Alam, Manirul Alam Mithu, Mostofa Hawladar (unopposed), Masum Billah, Golam Kabir, Ahsan Kabir Nanna (unopposed), Mir Siradul Islam Uzzal and Milton Hossain.
