Two ministers also reviewed the entire gamut of bilateral relations and international issues of common concern. They expressed the hope that the relationship would be further strengthened and consolidated in all spheres especially in the economic fields to the mutual benefit of the two IOC member countries.

They also discussed the situation in Iraq and Palestine and hoped for a peaceful resolution of the conflicts to stop further loss of innocent lives. They agreed to keep in close touch on evolving a situation in the Middle East.

Benaissa said that a visit at the highest level from Morocco to Bangladesh along with some Asian countries could be undertaken next year.
