Hakim made envoy to Brunei
The government has decided to appoint former secretary MA Hakim the high commissioner of Bangladesh to Brunei Darussalam.
He has been serving as the chairman of the board of Dhaka Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) since February 2002.
