Rafiq new envoy to Canada

Rafiq joined Bangladesh Foreign Service in 1971. He served in various capacities in the Foreign Ministry, Dhaka and Bangladesh missions in London, Yangon, Jakarta and Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the United Nations in New York.
