Six of a bridal party killed in road accident

The Bogra-bound microbus skidded off the road and fell into a roadside ditch when the tanker rammed into it from behind, leaving four people dead, police said. The microbus was coming from Syedpur under Nilphamari district.

Two others died after they were rushed to Palashbari Health Complex.

Two of the dead were identified as Shahida Begum, 60, and Roni, 8.

The injured were shifted to Rangpur Medical College Hospital.

The killer tanker sped away soon after the accident. A case was filed with Sadullapur thana.
