AL's countrywide demonstration Aug 19
Awami League will stage demonstration across the country on August 19 to protest harassment and arrest of the party's women activists during the hartal hours yesterday.
It will also hold a protest rally in the city today.
The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the party presidium at its Dhanmondi office yesterday with acting AL president Abdus Samad Azad MP in the chair
