Outlaws kill AL leader in Naogaon
An Awami League leader was slaughtered allegedly by outlaws of the Purba Banglar Communist Party (PBCP) at Raninagar in Naogaon last night, locals said.
About 12 PBCP members caught Amjad Hossain, president of AL's Raninagar unit, when he was going to a phone office at around 8:00pm.
After killing Amjad, also the headmaster of the Raninagar Pilot High School, the assailants left the scene firing shots and chanting slogans of the PBCP.
