'Where men rule'!

The photo published in the 3rd page of The Daily Star on September 25, 2014 states that an 18-year-old girl was chained for around 11 hours under the open sky and also beaten up allegedly for her refusal to withdraw a case against her boyfriend.

I don't know what to say! How is this possible in a country where the prime minister and the leader of the opposition are women?!
