Itel introduces 180-day replacement warranty for feature phones

Itel Bangladesh has announced a 180-day replacement warranty for feature phones in Bangladesh ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.

According to a press release, customers who purchase any Itel feature phone from May 20, 2026 onward will be eligible for a direct handset replacement within the first 180 days if the device develops a qualifying mechanical or manufacturing fault. 

Customers will receive a new handset instead of a repaired device during the six-month period. The replacement policy will cover issues including power-related faults, display problems, charging issues, speaker or microphone malfunction, SIM or network-related faults and keypad defects.
