Facebook down for some users

Meta's popular social media platform Facebook is reportedly down for some users in both Bangladesh and across the globe.

According to the real-time outage monitoring website Downdetector, reports of Facebook being down began on February 27, 8 am, and reached a peak of 18,403 reports at 8:30 am.

As for Bangladesh, Downdetector says a peak of 121 reports was found at 8:28 am. 

Meta has yet to make a public statement about this sudden reported outage.

At the time of writing, at 8:51 am, some users have reported Facebook mobile and desktop services being restored.
