Bangladesh national cricketer Jahanara Alam has demanded a broader investigation and stricter punishment in the sexual harassment case involving former women’s team selector Manjurul Islam.

Following allegations of favouritism and willfulness from some senior players, Manjurul Islam Monju, who already lost his place as the team manager, is set to be removed from the chief selector's post of the national women's cricket team.
