Subsidise seeds

This year's devastating flood has destroyed a large number of crop fields and seedbeds. Due to this, farmers had to face severe loss. Adding to their pain, this year, the prices of seeds for winter vegetables have spiked significantly. For instance cabbage seed that had cost Tk 12,000 per kg is now selling at Tk 20,000.
Post flood rebuilding has become expensive for farmers. I feel the government should subsidise the seeds so that it will become easy for the farmers to afford the expenses of cultivating winter vegetables.
