THE WAKE OF DISASTER

As the World faces its problems with hate, war and terror, and we see countries demolished by the power of people, we get angry, we cry, we pray, we fight back. But what happens when we watch a beautiful country break down into rubble, right in front of our very eyes, and are helpless to stop it? 

Due to tectonic stress buildup around the Himalayan area, Nepal has been experiencing a series of earthquakes since April 25, 2015. Bangladeshi photographer M R Hasan visited Nepal after the tragedy, and this was what he witnessed with a broken heart.
